Standard Finish Chassis
New Old Stock chassis in standard factory finish. These Chassis's have been stored outside for 5 + years and do have surface rust through the original chassis black paint.
WAR Rustproofing finish
The Chassis will come prepared and treated in WAR rustproofing Finish.
WAR. is a tough, touch dry, impact and abrasive resistant underbody coating. WAR has a number of unique features that ensure it will outlast a wet wax, and most coatings, all the while being incredibly simple and convenient to apply and use.

Infused with Vapour Phase Inhibition, expelling local air and creating an air barrier around the coating (especially effective in cavities)

Galvanised Finish
With the galvanised finish you will get a chassis that has been acid dipped to prepare both inside and the outside of the chassis ready to then be hot dipped galvanised to add the best protection to the chassis and give it a long working lifespan.
Galvanised Finish + GIO + WAR Rustproofing
This is the ultimate chassis protection, not only will we hot dip galvanise the chassis (as above) we will also prepare and add another layer of protection with the Galv In One undercoat followed by the WAR Rustproofing finish. This will give an extremly tough durable finish and will achieve a very long service life.
Chassis includes :-
Gearbox Cross Member .
Engine Shield plate - Steel plate bolted to chassis under the engine.
Rear Differential Rubber bush mounts x 2.
Chassis threads will be drilled and tapped after galvanising.
